</style> </p><p class="MsoNormal"><b style="">Hozzávalók:</b> 55 dkg liszt, 30 dkg Canderel, 10 dkg light margarin, 1 dkg szalalkáli, 8 egész tojás, egy csipetnyi só, ¼ l tej, 1 csg. diabetikus vaníliás cukor, egy kevés durvára vágott dióbél.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><b style="">Elkészítés:</b> ½ kg lisztet 10 dkg Canderellel, a margarinnal, szalalkálival, 2 egész tojással, csipetnyi sóval, és egy kis tejjel összegyúrunk. Az így kapott tésztát 4 részre osztjuk, kinyújtjuk, majd a lapokat tepsi hátán, lassú tűzön megsütjük. Az egyik lapot csak félig sütjük meg, kivesszük és megszórjuk durvára vágott dióbéllel, majd visszatesszük és készre sütjük (ha rögtön rászórjuk a diót, megég).</p><p class="MsoNormal">A krémhez 6 tojás sárgáját elkeverjük 20 dkg Canderellel, hozzáadjuk a diabetikus vaníliás cukrot és 5 dkg lisztet, hozzáöntünk kb. ¼ l tejet és sűrű péppé főzzük. Ha már elég sűrű, beletesszük a 6 tojás keményre vert habját. Ha kihűlt, a lapokat egyenként megkenjük a krémmel. A tetejére a dióval szórt lapot borítjuk.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Este jó elkészíteni, mert így másnapig tudjuk pihentetni. A krémnek tényleg nagyon sűrűnek kell lennie, mert különben az éjszaka leple alatt kifolyik a tésztából!</p> <p> </p>

Íze nagyon hasonlít a répacukoréhoz, édesítő ereje kb. 30%-kal nagyobb, ezért kevesebb kell belőle. A vércukrot csak kis mértékben emeli, de hátránya, hogy a szervezetben könnyebben át tud alakulni zsiradékká.
